Our beautiful and spacious villa is situated within the Indian Creek Community, one of THE closest to the magical Disney theme parks, which are all within 5-10 minutes drive. This makes it particularly convenient to explore the parks as they open, return home for an afternoon rest and meal break and then head back for the fireworks display. Most other major Orlando attractions, such as Universal and Sea-World, are only 20-25 minutes away. Within one mile are shops and excellent restaurants.
Our villa includes a modern and fully equipped kitchen / breakfast room with full washing and drying facilities inside the double garage. A formal dining room and spacious great living room both furnished to a high standard. The 57 inch” TV is connected to cable and DVD/CD player and includes a growing DVD/CD collection.
The Master suite consists of a King size bedroom with large en-suite bathroom that includes a large bath, his & hers vanity units and shower. The Queen master bedroom also has a full en-suite bath and shower enclosure. There is a standard twin bedroom and a Animal Kingdom Decorated twin bedroom that is furnished with bunk beds.
The lower bunk bed being double size . The twin bedrooms share a third full bathroom with bath and shower enclosure.
There is an addition roll away bed for your use if required. All bed-linen and towels are included for your stay.
The pool & spa can be heated if desired, with a South East facing sun-deck. The shaded Lanai, outside, is equipped with a fan for your comfort on hot summer days. The quality poolside furniture completes the luxury, to make this a relaxing holiday to remember.
The telephone system allows for free phone calls anywhere in the USA and Canada and most of Western Europe, including the UK. Also included is a computer with free Internet Service (you also can use your own laptop).
Indian Creek offers a peaceful residential style setting. There are many community facilities, many are visible from the back of the house. These include a Soccer, Volleyball / Tennis Court and small Putting Green and a children’s' play area. There is also a jogging track which runs around the nearest of the two lagoons. We do regret that we are unable to allow pets or smokers in our home.
